4th of July Tradition

In 1996, Buckeye Lake started a prized 4th of July tradition, the boat parade. Robert Arter came up with the idea of the “electric parade” which includes a parade of regular boat floats at 3:00 in the afternoon, and another one at night with the lighted boats.
